Shamashanga Camp is an exclusive luxury safari and fishing camp situated on the banks of the Zambezi River in the Sapi Safari Area, bordering the eastern boundary of Mana Pools National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The camp offers world-class tiger fishing, exceptional game viewing, and an intimate wilderness experience in one of Zimbabwe’s premier safari destinations. Just downstream form Shamashanga, there is Shama-Matombo- a self-catering tented camp, a great budget friendly alternative way to experience the Zambezi River too!

  • Located in the Sapi Safari Area, Lower Zambezi Valley, Zimbabwe
  • Set on the banks of the Zambezi River
  • Borders Mana Pools National Park
  • Accessible by charter flight from Harare to the camp’s airstrip, followed by a short transfer, self-drive or river transfer from Chirundu

Shamashanga Camp accommodates up to 16–18 guests in 8–9 spacious East African-style luxury safari tents.
